It's doctor time again. I can't believe Nash is 4 months old already. CRAZY!! He was so cute at the doctor today. He was smiling and laughing at Dr.Hammer it was so funny. He only cried for a minute after his shots, and then when I picked him up he started smiling and laughing again. I can't believe how happy he has been lately. He is such a fun little guy. We are so blessed to have such a good baby!! The doctor told me that he is going to be tall and skinny, I just laughed and told him that will probably never happen!! If doctor Hammer only knew me and Andy's families he would have never said that. HA HA!! I hope tall and skinny!! Anyway here are his stats: Weight: 13.3lbs.---20% Height: 25.8in.----82% Head: 16.3in.----27%
This is Jett and his new pony "Pretty Boy". Jett has been begging us for a pony, so our friends the Stoddard's had one that they said we could borrow for as long as we wanted, tell we found Jett one of his own. This is the best little pony, he just follows whoever is in front of him around. Jett has done pretty well riding by himself, before long he is going to running poor little Pretty Boy everywhere.
Today is my mom's birthday. We just wanted to wish her a Happy Birthday! She is such a great Grandma to my boys, she loves them more than anything. I couldn't ask for a better Grandma, or mom. We are really lucky to live so close to her and my dad. My mom is a great example to my little family, we are really blessed to have her in our lives! Happy Birthday Mom (Grandma J) We love you!!!!!
We had a fun Easter. We went to my aunt Sandy's house and had a Easter egg hunt for the kids and then we ate lunch. It is always fun to get together with my mom's side of the family!! Jett was excited the Easter Bunny found him on Sunday morning. The Easter Bunny brought him a baseball tee, shoes, shorts, shirt, and a lot of candy!! The Easter Bunny seemed to leave stuff for my kids everywhere, at Grandma Marilyn's and at Grandma Jill's. He sure did spoil my kids. On Saturday my cousin Michelle and I took Jett and Maddy to the new Hannah Montana movie. I didn't really think Jett would like it, I don't think he even knows who Hannah Montana is; but he loved the movie and sat through the entire thing. I actually thought it was pretty good too. So we had a fun filled Easter Weekend!!
We started off our Easter weekend by going down to American Falls to Grandma and Grandpa Browers house. All the kids had so much fun. They went on a Easter egg hunt, and then a scavenger hunt to see what the Easter bunny left them. We also had fun flying kites. Jett's kite was amazing, he would just take off and run and for some odd reason it would just stay up in the air. After all the Easter fun we headed into Pocatello for the Dodge Rodeo at the Holt Arena. It's fun to go and watch, but both Andy and I wish we were competing in it instead of sitting in the stands. Our good friend Clay Lloyd did awesome there in the steer wrestling. Congrats Clay!!
We have had my cousins little girl Maddy staying with us over the last few days. Her and Jett play so good together, and it's so nice because I never have one problem with them. Maddy is like a little mother hen. We decided we would color some eggs for Easter. It was a fun filled afternoon coloring the eggs, we all had a great time. Even little Nasher had fun watching them from the ExcerSaucer!! It was his first time in it and he loved it. I thought it might be a little early to put him in it, but he seemed to do pretty well with the help of a blanket stuffed down around him. Both Jett and Maddy said they are way excited for the Easter Bunny to come. Jett asked me if Santa was coming again too!! What a kid!!
We know it's getting close to Spring when High School Rodeo starts up. They had a jackpot called the "Get Real" rodeo this last weekend in Rexburg. Makale is a senior this year, so this is my parents last year of having a kid in high school rodeo. I just don't know what they are going to do after she is gone!! Thank goodness they have grandkids to keep them busy! We love to go and support Kale, it's been fun to watch her over the last three years. She is so much better than I ever was, I am so proud of her and all she has accomplished. Jett loves to go to the rodeos and watch, if there is a rodeo he is there. He is our little social bug, he is always willing to go and have some fun no matter what it is. I love that about him. So we had fun this weekend at the rodeo. Kale did half good and half not so good, but there regular season starts in 2 weeks so hopefully she will be geared up ready to go then. We are excited to go and cheer her on.
Andy and I were married in 2003 in the Idaho Falls temple. We now live in St.Anthony where I am a stay at home mom of the three little ones, Jett, Nash, and Jerzi. Andy is a PA and works at Upper Valley Medicine in Rigby.
