Grandma Jill invited the boys up one day to make scarecrows. Oh man were they excited. We took some of Andy's old clothes to make our scarecrow with and Jett just kept saying, " This scarecrow looks just like my Dad wow." They did such a great job that we had to put our scarecrow right by our front door for all to see. They had such a great time and they love spending time with there Grandma. My mom always does really fun things with my boys, they are going to have a lot of special memories with her!! They are lucky little boys to be loved so much!! We love fall, and are excited for all the fun holidays just around the corner!! Happy Harvest!!

Fall Fun
I love this time of year, especially when the weather is gorgeous like it has been over the last few weeks. We have been taking full advantage of all the nice weather we have been having! I kick the kids outside and try to explain to them that we only have so many nice days left. I don't know what I will do when the snow starts to fly and I can't kick my kids outside to play anymore!! We took the kids up to warm river to feed the fish last Sunday. It's always fun to take a Sunday drive and go up there and feed the fish. Both the boys loved it, Nash kept saying fish, fish, fish and more fish. It's funny how such a simple thing can be so exciting and great for kids. Sometimes I think as parents we always try to overdue everything when really the simplest things are the best!

So Far Behind
Let's just say that I have been a total slacker in the blogging area over the last few months. I always think that our lives are pretty boring, but looking back over the last few months we have had a lot going on. Andy got home from school HOORAY!! It has been so nice having him home again. The kids will not leave him alone, and he is loving every minute of it. My sister Makale got married the end of July to Nate Thompson. It's crazy to think that my baby sister is married!! Two weeks after she got married she was in a car accident. A guy ran a stop sign and hit her. She had a pretty bad banged up face, and it broke her leg. She was really lucky that nothing else happened to her. So she is finding out just how sweet her new hubby is having to take care of her already!! Welcome to being married right!!!!! Jett has had a exciting month. He had to get his tonsils taken out the end of August. He was so brave and didn't cry once. The minute he woke up he was asking for ice cream and jello!! What a kid!! He also started pre-school. I kinda got choked up when I had to take him and drop him off that first day. I just can't believe how fast he is growing up!! Our little Nasher is our wild child. He is getting funner and cuter every day. He is starting to talk a lot. He repeats everything you say, so we have to be careful. Andy and I just sit and laugh at him because his little personality is so funny he keeps a rolling. So here are a few pictures over the last few months of what we have been up to!!

Warm Weather = Good Times
Finally it seems like summer is here!! We have had a busy, but fun month. We started off the month with letting Jett ride his first sheep at the Rigby rodeo. He has been wanting to ride a sheep forever, he tells us all the time that he is a "sheep rider" so we thought we better let him ride one. He was all for riding tell we got to the rodeo, then he started getting a little scared. He cried a little, but overall he was pretty brave. He was mostly excited about the t-shirt and the treat bag they gave him after he rode. We also had swimming lessons this month. Jett did great and loved going and learning. He was really sad when it ended and we didn't get to go swim everyday anymore. It has also been nice enough outside that we set up the water side for the kids to play in. Nash loved being outside in the water more than Jett, he has had a great time. We have also been able to see Andy every weekend this past month, he has been coming home to go to some IMPRA rodeos. Only 6 more weeks with him in Montana then he gets to come home!!!!! YEAH !! This past year has gone by so fast, but I am so looking forward to having Andy home again!! I really have a better appreciation for him and for all the help he does give me when he is here. Can't wait for those 6 weeks to be up!!

KENTUCKY DERBY!!!!!!!!!
First off sorry about so many pictures, but I'm just so excited because I got to go to the Kentucky Derby!!! My mom, Makale, myself, and my good friend Erica Dansie went to the derby. It was such a great time. We got to go to the races on Friday called the Kentucky Oaks, and then to the derby on Saturday. We had great seats. We sat right at the finish line in D. Wayne Lucus's box seats. It was awesome!!! I can tell the derby is a big social event for a lot of people, but for us it was all about the horses. All the horses were gorgeous, it made me want a race horse so bad!! We had a great time at the races, it kinda seemed surreal that we were there actually watching it in real life. We got to go to the Kentucky Derby Museum, and also to the Louisville Slugger Museum. They were both great museums and had a lot of neat stuff in them. We also went out and looked at a lot of race horse farms. There are so many beautiful places. Erica and I decided that we want to be a race horse and live in Kentucky!!! I'm so glad I got to go, and it's one thing I can check off my bucket list!!! Enjoy the pics!!

February Fun!
Wow! This month has come and gone. It has been a fast month, but also a long month for us. Andy has not been able to come home for a month so we are all missing him pretty bad. He gets to come home the first of March for his Spring break YEAH!! I can't believe it's already time for his Spring break crazy!! Andy is doing really well in school, but just misses being home with his boyz.
I decided that February was the month that I needed to get back out and start riding our horses again. (I just hate to ride in the winter!) It actually has been really fun getting out and riding again. Jett decided he wanted to start riding to, and that Jasper was going to be his horse this year. Jasper was my horse and he is so special to our family. He is 26 years old this year, and I never really thought he would be alive for my kids to ride. Jasper is great for Jett, Jett has been out to the barn with me everyday since the first of February riding. It's pretty special to see Jett riding him all over!! Our little Nasher is all over the place, he doesn't walk anymore he runs! I don't think I have ever seen a kid that is so busy and so into everything!! I am truly exhausted by the end of the day trying to keep up with him, and trying to keep my house clean. Oh, how I love him though!! We are all ready for Spring to be here! I get a little stir crazy this time of year. I want some warm weather to start happening, and I want this snow to be gone!! (I know it might be a little early to want this, but I am craving some warm sunny days, how about you all!)
