Warm Weather = Good Times

Finally it seems like summer is here!! We have had a busy, but fun month. We started off the month with letting Jett ride his first sheep at the Rigby rodeo. He has been wanting to ride a sheep forever, he tells us all the time that he is a "sheep rider" so we thought we better let him ride one. He was all for riding tell we got to the rodeo, then he started getting a little scared. He cried a little, but overall he was pretty brave. He was mostly excited about the t-shirt and the treat bag they gave him after he rode. We also had swimming lessons this month. Jett did great and loved going and learning. He was really sad when it ended and we didn't get to go swim everyday anymore. It has also been nice enough outside that we set up the water side for the kids to play in. Nash loved being outside in the water more than Jett, he has had a great time. We have also been able to see Andy every weekend this past month, he has been coming home to go to some IMPRA rodeos. Only 6 more weeks with him in Montana then he gets to come home!!!!! YEAH !! This past year has gone by so fast, but I am so looking forward to having Andy home again!! I really have a better appreciation for him and for all the help he does give me when he is here. Can't wait for those 6 weeks to be up!!

KENTUCKY DERBY!!!!!!!!!

First off sorry about so many pictures, but I'm just so excited because I got to go to the Kentucky Derby!!! My mom, Makale, myself, and my good friend Erica Dansie went to the derby. It was such a great time. We got to go to the races on Friday called the Kentucky Oaks, and then to the derby on Saturday. We had great seats. We sat right at the finish line in D. Wayne Lucus's box seats. It was awesome!!! I can tell the derby is a big social event for a lot of people, but for us it was all about the horses. All the horses were gorgeous, it made me want a race horse so bad!! We had a great time at the races, it kinda seemed surreal that we were there actually watching it in real life. We got to go to the Kentucky Derby Museum, and also to the Louisville Slugger Museum. They were both great museums and had a lot of neat stuff in them. We also went out and looked at a lot of race horse farms. There are so many beautiful places. Erica and I decided that we want to be a race horse and live in Kentucky!!! I'm so glad I got to go, and it's one thing I can check off my bucket list!!! Enjoy the pics!!

February Fun!

Wow! This month has come and gone. It has been a fast month, but also a long month for us. Andy has not been able to come home for a month so we are all missing him pretty bad. He gets to come home the first of March for his Spring break YEAH!! I can't believe it's already time for his Spring break crazy!! Andy is doing really well in school, but just misses being home with his boyz.
I decided that February was the month that I needed to get back out and start riding our horses again. (I just hate to ride in the winter!) It actually has been really fun getting out and riding again. Jett decided he wanted to start riding to, and that Jasper was going to be his horse this year. Jasper was my horse and he is so special to our family. He is 26 years old this year, and I never really thought he would be alive for my kids to ride. Jasper is great for Jett, Jett has been out to the barn with me everyday since the first of February riding. It's pretty special to see Jett riding him all over!! Our little Nasher is all over the place, he doesn't walk anymore he runs! I don't think I have ever seen a kid that is so busy and so into everything!! I am truly exhausted by the end of the day trying to keep up with him, and trying to keep my house clean. Oh, how I love him though!! We are all ready for Spring to be here! I get a little stir crazy this time of year. I want some warm weather to start happening, and I want this snow to be gone!! (I know it might be a little early to want this, but I am craving some warm sunny days, how about you all!)

Happy Birthday Jett...... & random pictures

Here are some random pictures over the last few weeks. I was in Wal-Mart and Nash fell asleep in the kart and this is what he looked like. I kept trying to move him so he would be more comfy, but he would move back to that same position every time. People kept looking at me and laughing, I just smiled!! I just happened to have my camera in my bag so I could take some pictures!
Then Jett decided to go outside, and get out his little bubble lawn mower and mow some snow and ice. I said, "Jett what you doin' are you going to mow the snow down," he said, " Yep mom I sure am." I actually thought it was a pretty good idea myself!!
Then my mom and dad have been gone to Arizona for a month and my mom brought Nash a cute little Phoenix Suns Nash jersey back. It is so cute and he looks like a little stud in it. Thanks mom he loves it!

First off I can't believe I have a kid that is 4 years old!!! Jett's birthday was on Sunday and he was so excited because now he is in Primary and they could sing Happy Birthday to him.(That was pretty much all he cared about, was making sure they sang to him in Primary, SO FUNNY!) I can't believe how big he is getting and how he has turned from a cute little toddler into a cute little boy!! This age is so fun and exciting for him there are so many new things he gets to experience and learn!! I am trying to enjoy each and every moment, but they seem to go by so fast. We are so lucky to have Jett in our family he keeps life fun and entertaining, never a dull moment in our home!! Happy 4th Birthday Jett

Birthday Party for Two!!!

We had a combined Birthday party for Nash and Jett with the Brower side of the family. We thought we better celebrate both together before Andy has to go back to school. We went bowling and then we played on the new blow-up toys at the Rex. It was a fun party and all the kids had a great time. Jett's birthday is on January 24th so we will have another party with my family for him on his actual birthday!! Sometimes it's just hard to have so many parties and birthdays to get to this time of year. I think it actually worked out really well just having one big party for both boys together!!! Then I don't have to have 4 different parties within 1 month of each other!!
We hope you all had a great holiday season and happy new year!!! Here we come 2010!!

Christmas 2009

I can't believe Christmas has come and gone!! We had a great Christmas this year. We went down to Andy's parents on Christmas Eve and spent the night down there. Andy's sister and brother, and there families were there on Christmas Eve and we all had a great time together open presents, eating, playing games, and making Santa cookies!! It's fun to get together and see all the little kids get excited about Christmas. Christmas morning Jett woke up and Santa brought him a tent. He said, " Wow I have wanted one of these my whole life" then he said," Mom you think we can watch some T.V. now." I had to get him a little more woke up before he started tearing into all of the other presents. What a funny kid!! Both my boys were spoiled rotten by santa, and by both grandparents!! Andy and I were spoiled as well. I got a new kitchen table that will seat 8!! I am so excited about this. We can finally have people over and all sit down and eat dinner together at the same table!!!! I'm sad Christmas is over, and now were off to a new year. We are all looking forward to a great 2010!!!
